“Brian's a classic drug runner from the golden age of smuggling in the Keys.”
Brian has been smuggling in the Leonida Keys since what Rockstar calls the golden age of the trade, and he has a boat yard there. He gives Jason Duval a place to live without rent, as long as Jason helps with shakedowns.
His profile mentions his third wife, Lori, and her sangria. Cal Hampton is another of his associates.
