Brian's Boat Works & Marina is printed on a sign behind Cal Hampton and Jason Duval, and on the side of a seaplane tied up at a dock. Rockstar's profile of Brian Heder says he owns a boat yard in the Leonida Keys and lets Jason live there. The name is printed in Rockstar's own screenshots; Rockstar hasn't described the place in text.
