Key cloner
A car-theft tool in GTA 6. Rob Nelson of Rockstar North named it while explaining to IGN that some parked cars need tools you unlock later.
Rob Nelson, co-studio head at Rockstar North, told IGN that Rockstar has "put some layers of stratification into the vehicles" in GTA 6. Some parked cars need tools that you unlock later in the game, and he gave two examples: "this car needs a key cloner. This other car will just need a Slim Jim."
Tools are not the only way to get a car. Nelson also said "you can always carjack any driver you see." Which cars need a key cloner, and when you get one, has not been announced.
