Some GTA 6 activities appear to be dates Jason and Lucia can go on as a couple, such as hiking, VICE reports. Rob Nelson of Rockstar North says their bond grows through time together.

VICE's Sept. 29, 2026, report on Game Informer's cover story says it appears some of GTA 6's activities are dates that Jason and Lucia can go on together as a couple, and gives hiking as an example. It does not list which activities count as dates, and Rockstar has not described dates in its own text.
Rob Nelson, co-studio head at Rockstar North, told IGN that the pair's relationship is optional and grows through time spent together, such as "playing pool or mini golf or kayaking; normal slice of life things," or robbing stores or banks together.
